Alexis had a sleep study done (her 4th over the years) Monday night into Tuesday. What a sleepLESS night it ended up being.
Let's just say it did not go well and leave it at that for now!
We came home to a leaky pipe drip dripping dreching my kitchen ceiling... FuN! and we are dealing with some issues regarding Ms. A's insurance ... rip my hair out now, would ya?

Banana Pudding. A nice little treat we make on occasion. Yummy and EEE ZZZZ !
What You'll Need:
2 Bananas
1 box of Vanilla Wafer cookies
2 boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding (you can use cook & serve pudding if you so desire)
A trifle bowl to layer the dessert in.
Follow the box directions to make your pudding and slice the bananas into thin slices. This is so easy to put togeather even for little hands!
Line the bottom of your bowl with the cookies, followed by a layer of sliced bananas. Spoon a layer of pudding on top of the bananas to cover.
Continue layering cookies, bananas and pudding. Add a few cookies on top to garnish and refridgerate for a few hours.
