Hi. Popping over from JSIWU. What a cute ladybug project. I just threw a ladybug party myself last night. Hope you'll stop by and take a look! -Lindsey
ReplyDeleteYou probably think I'm a crazy lady! I didn't see your comment on my blog until after I posted on yours. Oops! And you're right about the "great minds" thing!! Anyway, sorry abount the confusion... -Lindsey
ReplyDeletethis is too cool! your painting talent just amazes me! did you ever take art classes, or is it just natural for you? i just ask because pip liked to draw and was okay. then she took a 5 week art class and her skills just ballooned. ((if you look at the gallery wall post, you can see her self portrait she drew...) so glad that alexis gets to go to a party! it's never fun to be left out or to opt out yourself. i hope that she has a blast!
ReplyDeleteThose are absolutely darling!! :-)
ReplyDeleteWow!You ladybugs just stole my heart!
ReplyDeleteStopping by from Crayon Freckles to say how adorable this project is! Your handpainting is gorgeous, and I'm sure the little recipient will love the gift. :) Isn't it fantastic how great a finished product you can make with something as inexpensive as those DIY frames?! Love it!

Thanks so much for coming and visiting my little part of the world! I love making new friends through the bloggy world. BTW, I LOVE your frame! Beautiful! Hope your daughter had a great time at the party.
ReplyDeleteAAAAHHH, this is adorable!! LOVE it! I am putting together a ladybug theme for my niece's baby shower (she's not a fan of pink, but that doesn't mean I can't still run with a lady theme, right??) And this is yet another must-have item. Bonus when I can do it myself.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing some creative juice this morning!!
